Shipping Policy

Tracked US shipping: $6 on orders under $90, $12 on orders of $90 or more.

How long will my order take?

• Processing: 1–2 business days after you place your order.
• Delivery: about 3–8 days after your order ships from our US warehouse.
• Free gift items (like the magnetic parts tray) ship separately and usually arrive in about 7–9 days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons. If you need it by a certain date, please order early.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to update after the first scan.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
