Refund Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your VersaLite, you have 30 days from the date it's delivered to ask for a refund.

How to start a return

1. Email us at johnnyz1130@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind

Items should be unused and returned with all original parts. Return shipping is free: we'll send you the instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your damaged/defective claim is approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's processed.
